By downloading or using Copsta or Remsta (the "Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Apps.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Apps.
The Apps are available in a free version with limited features and a Pro version with full access. Pro features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase, processed through Apple's App Store.
Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and for all activities that occur through your use of the Apps. You agree not to use the Apps for any unlawful purpose.
The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
